Damn, read the airline’s rules for luggage size. It’s always someone else’s fault. I have flied with Ryan so many times and never had problems. It’s always that one passenger that never understood and checked the rules

Flew out from Bristol — no issues, no questions. Flew back from Spain… all of a sudden, it’s a problem. €50 for the same bag I flew in with, no warning, no logic.

I’m travelling with the same suitcase for a almost 3 years recently I face problem at Stansted. On the way back from Sofia no problem at all. I think it’s random checks and she got lucky 😢. Apparently all this cabin suitcases with wiheells is not really fit it’s just need to be checked

why didn't she just pay the fee? her bag is massive it's not a situation where it's 1cm over, it quite literally wouldn't fit. pay and board, it's not difficult.

This happened all the time on Bulgarian airports with Ryanair. On the plane no problem but on airport they do. Because they want more money from people.

this is exactly why I don't fly with @Ryanair since 2016. Almost 10 years. Not to mention when I did fly with them how many times flight was delayed because the airplane landed on WRONG airport ?!?!? like what?
