💥Weighted vests are no joke, but carrying inflammation and extra weight is way worse. A friend recommended Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and it was wild how fast things shifted. Down 25 lbs, less joint pain, more energy. My body finally works with me now.

I did 2 miles today for the first time with a 12 pound vest. I can easily walk 5 miles without one….I am still recovering.
