in the comics, i dont know who's read them, but they made it clear that Desire and Dream were each other's favourite. That's why they felt such anger and inability to co-exist. the basis of their relationship is "If I stop being angry, I've stopped caring for you." desire always loved him

I do not understand why Arthur Darvill's character was there at the funeral. He was DEFINITELY no friend of Dream's after he kept Calliope imprisoned and used her for his own gain. It makes no sense why he got invited.
