our company never follows any UAE law period! no flight ticket, no public holidays, deduction is rampantly, no health insurance as they deduct to the employee the payment for insurance. working hours is very long! salary reduce up to 30%. basic salary is 500 what law do they follow? they have their own rules! they are above the law of UAE period!

We thank you sir for your good job of the information that you deliver to us,But why you guys who can unite with lawyers of the labour laws to reach out of the UAE government labour laws organs,to improve in being checking on every company employers and employees? Why labour laws works only after things get worsening,and damages,why can't they avoid employers to do illegal than waiting for employees to report and many of employees don't report they only take wrong bad picture of uae labour laws caused by employers,which is not good for uae country thank sir

hi sir morning..we need your advice about my friend, someone filling a case against to her,, but she don't know who??before she's working in dubai under the company then she applied Azerbaijan then she move there,,but when she back in dubai police catch her in immigration airport...she don't know why,coz she didn't do something bad ..can u give us advice..

my employer make the contract excuse for not paying my graduity and annual leave and he make like he said 1500 salary only and 500 basic but the salary he given us is 2000 monthly that what we talk about before contract..he make two payment salary monthly like 1000 deposit on c3 atm and 1000 in cash with receipt..but ending last 2months he give me my full 2months salary in c3 atm then tell to labour he already give my graduity and annual leave but actually he only give my salary even ticket he dont give what should we do
