Girl I have the same issue. Idk if you have gone to the doctor for it but I use an online doctor called doctronic and it’s 40 dollars to do a call with the doctor. She prescribed me muscle relaxers and within 2 days I was able to open my jaw again without it popping or feeling like it was going to break. It’s a temporary fix but it’s helps a lot if your in severe pain
