YES. I had an underlying gut feeling that my daughters dad wouldn’t be my partner forever (we are unmarried), so i snuck my last name on to her birth certificate. he didn’t even check before he signed lol. she’s almost 3 now, i’m a single mom, and forever glad i chose to share my name with her as well.
