Yesterday was a very traumatic day, spent 12 hours in two different hospitals. I’m not mentioning any names or anything but Raelynn was bitten by a dog. It wasn’t an aggressive dog, nor did he mean to. I personslly feel like the dog was just trying to get his toy from Raelynn and she had it by her face and he tried to grab it. It happened so fast, we were literally 3 feet away from her and the dog. I’m not accusing anyone who owns that dog, this is why I’m not mentioning names because I feel like this is a freak accident. And they do happen. Now do I believe it’s the best interest to get rid of the dog, yes. Do I believe he can get another reliable home, of course. I’m not going to justify that dogs actions and my Raebug didn’t deserve it nor should that dog have bitten her. So please don’t accuse anyone or bash them bc it was an accident and things do happen. Ofc we’re all upset and sad bc our poor little baby got hurt but no matter what we all love her and want the best for her. We also stopped and got our sweet girl some icecream for being so brave and something to eat bc she couldn’t have anything just in case of sedation. But as soon as we left we all got food bc we were starving!! We’re hoke and she’s doing so good! Thankful for a loving man to protect her! Please keep her in prayers and the dog, thank you for the support
