@coachksky: Recipe: 2 tbs of chia seeds 2 tbs of oats (optional) Milk of choice (I mix about 1/2 almond milk & 1/2 water) 1/2 scoop of chocolate Truvani protein powder Stir really well & let sit for a few hours / over night in the fridge!! (I like to make it and let it sit while I lay by the pool or walk) Top with anything!! I put Greek yogurt, blueberries, & cocoa nibs on mine!
