believe me... this is absolutely all true, even the onion thing. Once a customer ordered me a full gluten free menù (from starter to the dessert), when dessert arrived she said "oh no I would like the other cake" I made clear that one wasn't gluten free... she ate 3 slices. Another one said she was allergic to pork. I found her eating salami from another customer at her table. When I said that salami is made of fkn pork she smiled and said "oh that's ok don't worry".

Once had a customer be adamant her lids were allergic to dairy but then ordered them pizzas with cheesy garlic bread, when I asked them if that was with vegan cheese they said no. I am still confused about that one. At one point she even went as far as to imply her son would be extremely ill if he ate cheese. All were fine in tbe end ate every piece of dairy cheese pizzas.

So with the allergy syndrome I have I can't eat the items fresh but I can when they're cooked. Apples, for example, I cannot have fresh but I can eat pie or jam. I hate ordering at restaurants sometimes because of instances like that, I probably look crazy lol.

let me have the onion rings.. No , your allergic so no we will not serve you onion rings. Stand your ground. If a guest states there allergic to anything we ABSOLUTELY do no serve them that item ,especially if the ask for it. Owners directive. He said.. they started this now they can deal with it.

I have seen this many time’s first they say that im allergic to gluten then i see them eating from theyr friend pizza where is plenty of gluten.. i dont know whats matter whit those people😂😂

I had a customer that claimed to be celiac “if I touch gluten I will die” and demanded we all reclean our stations and change gloves and after all that she then is at the bar drinking a beer and tells us “a little is fine”
