great job! I am 10 weeks in on my journey, down 38 lbs. right now, I just walk. I want to start lifting weight as I heard it does help maintain muscle mass too! But my dr said that as long as I'm staying active, thats what's the most important

Strength training is what’s it’s called I have some weights at home hand weights for my arms and at the gym I use machines this is to help with muscle mass some people may have great muscle mass so when they lose weight they won’t have flabby skin some don’t have great muscle mass and your arms and stomach and legs will have loose skin 😳

My doctor told me to use weights while walking . I bought a weighted vest to wear when I walk. Just got it Saturday haven’t used it yet but I’m going to start this week. You’re doing great!

Light resistance training is the way to go to keep our muscle mass. In time, more weight/resistance training can help us build muscle. The more lean tissue we have the higher our metabolism will be.
