For everyone who don’t know: he sent a PNG file but they needed to send it as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF (vector) file.

i work in a print shop. i can say 1000% any print shop would never "compress" your file, i can't even imagine for what reason somebody would do that. 100% of cases like this it's a customer submitting wrong file

Did you provide a vector based image or a pixel based one? Like a png or jpeg? Because if you chose the second, this is what you get. And did you kept in mind the cutaway? I’m not trying to be mean but the result you got is exactly the result (minus the light stuff) that you would get if you put an order to a printing company without understand how printing works. I saw EXACTLY those issues before and it was always like „well that’s what you gave us, we just printed what you gave us“

Looks like the gradients didn't print properly. Shouldn't be an issue as they're supposed to print on that material a lot. The pin holes and scratches should not be there. They really should account for the overlap. Silyl stuff.

That's compression not pixels, use an uncompressed png not jpeg.

Image size, dpi, type of compression, file type extension, there are lots of ways to go wrong in printing. If you miss one them, your print wil be like in the video. 😂 ask a DPT for details...

Bought custom sign from LC sing and no issues at all. Communication was really good, production time was about a week and the sign turned out to be even better what i expected

Before printing anything, always check DPI, CMYK, file type, & what the printer needs, especially for non-paper stuff like fabrics, signs, plastic stuff. General rule of thumb is: if the material is something different than paper you most likely need to adapt your file to something.
