it probably was open in the van, happens all the time to me as a flex driver stuff just opens their packaging is flimsy

sometimes that stuff does go unnoticed most of the time when I catch an open package I damage it out and have the station see if anything fell.out or repackaged to send out later or if it feels to light i make sure by feeling around that there's something in it cus sometimes the warhouse sends double of the evenlopes one empty and one with your item . so its at all possible if it was slightly open and we are on a time crunch he might of picked it up and didnt realize it was open but I know every blames us for everything anyway not matter what we do its part of the job but im just throwing it out there iy happen unless you've done this type of job before you wouldn't get it .
