Just food for thought for future high end designer perfume orders. LV messed up an engraved perfume bottle for my anniversary. LV fully refunded, overnighted correct bottle, allowed to keep original and sent a massive bouquet of flowers. One call - no follow up needed.

I don’t understand why people would say mean things about this. Tiffany made guarantees they failed you. You’re supposed to get a refund, replacement and whatever else. Glad it was taken care of in the end.

People are miserable. Tiffany chose to refund. All Peyton wanted was what she ORDERED AND PAID FOR. Tiffanys continues to mess up her order, that cost a ton of money, and they only started really helping when her tiktoks got traction.
