coping with western culture of giving Africa children much freedom is a way we are killing our culture too, teachers in Africa are paid less and demanded results more over on many subjects, western people learn specific things here a children has to be forced to understand very many subjects which needs some kind of toughness, I was a teacher but I left teaching after knowing that a teacher has no voice, even people who pass through teachers hands also despise teachers after reaching big offices, but I would request teachers to run away from teaching and begin with something small, you will definitely develop, I started small but right now I have something, greetings to teachers but you are always insulted even at class level,
