It blows my mind that Idaho has “rules” that VICTIMS must follow during their impact statements! That’s why she said she was prepared to be arrested! How twisted is that! Defendants get to be “protected” from the WORDS! So glad the bravely ignored all rules & that Judge Hippler allowed them to say & do whatever they needed to do!

i bet the only thing BK saw when Alivia was speaking was Kaylee. Kaylee embodied everything Alivia stood for at the stand, Kaylee was a fighter, just like her family. Alivia did so freaking amazing for Kaylee and Maddie.
