It’s definitely a real thing but it’s not the fault of women. It’s sort of our own fault (men). When you grow up being shown the ideal version of a “man” is a quiet, reserved person who can’t cry or convey emotions in a healthy manner, you get shown it’s better to keep it all in. Not the fault of women, just a side effect of society.. can definitely be heal though but girl that’s why you gotta go to therapy.

How intimate does a friendship need to be? Jesus. I don't need to know my friend's blood type or his 3rd aunts name. We hangout, we laugh, crack jokes, talk about work, and we leave. I already have a therapist, no need to share my problems with anyone else ever. I am wayyyyy to private of a person to share any intimate details with anyone not named my therapist. My family doesn't even know I'm struggling mentally. I'd never tell them, or anyone else for that matter.
