Great question, I wonder too! Mainly I wanted to lose enough to be healthy and able to stop taking 3 of the meds I’m on for diabetes, high bp, and cholesterol. So that’s my first goal. After that, I looked back at pictures of me and matched up the weight with my Dr records from that time, and decided how I feel

5’6” SW 242 GW 170 (only bc I thought that was a dream) hit that in less than year and kept going. I would like to see normal BMI so 156 right now with 6 to go? I will be happy to maintain no higher than 165.

My goal weight is a wrap high/low size 8 Calvin Klein dress thats been in my closet since 2019. Im almost there, 48 lbs later. SW 188, CW 140. 5'3. I think about 5 more lbs and I'll be able to wear it without a bandeau.

I’m basing my decision on body composition. I’m 43, 5’7, currently 185 on semaglutide. I’d like to get to 140 (I have a small frame), but only if I can get my body fat percentage down without losing muscle mass.

I was 170 and I decided on 130 and then I saw my body while I was losing weight and I was like okay maybe 130 is too low. So I settled at 145 and when I hit that I’m gonna reevaluate if needed. All I knew is that I didn’t wanna be 100 pounds like I was before because it didn’t look good. I’d say when you feel like you look good, that’s a good stopping or reevaluation point.

One doctor recommended that I should try to get body fat below 25%. In order to be on glp I have to check in and they use an inbody scale to measure it.

I’m 5’10”. I started at 195. Thought I wanted 175. Down to 145 and I’ve never been happier in my body. Went from L-XL to S-M. I’ve never been this small and if you didn’t know me before, I’m not skinny. But be prepared for people telling you you’re too skinny on the daily.
