My bf goes into “mission mode” when we are at places like Home Depot or Bass Pro and I’m usually trailing behind getting side tracked and such. I find it totally acceptable because he just wants to get in/out quick. Sometimes I just wait in the car 😂

My husband does this and if we’re in line side by side and we get towards the front he’ll cut in front of me. 🤷🏼♀️I’ve talked to him about it but nothing changed. It bothers me though.

My ex used to do this to me all the time and I would ask him to slow down and he would get angry and tell me that I need to walk faster. I simply can't. He practically ran everywhere 🤦♀️

total ick! Happened to me once. a the guy walked 8-10 feet ahead of me. Didn't ever look back. Didn't hold the door open to the restaurant 😳.

The only exception is the phone-follow. Sometimes a girl looks at her phone while walking, and by following a step behind, his feet remain in her periphery. By following, she can focus on her phone without needing to watch where she's going. Like a duckling following the tail feathers of the bigger duck in front.
