My ferritin has been 5.8-6.9 for FOUR years :) I have been begging for help the entire time and now have 1/3 of my hair left! Bc they “changed the range of ferritin” from 5-140 to 16-150 on my labs, I’m just now being taken seriously. I’ve gotten it checked multiple times and it raised no concern. I am so sad

What in it raises ferritin because the ingredients have nothing to do with iron absorption or iron levels except vitamin C can help better absorption of iron that you consume.

My ferritin was a 9 after labs but they said my iron was ok so they have me on 325mg of ferrous sulfate and said I didn’t need iron with it which I thought I would since my iron wasn’t at optimal level it just wasn’t considered “low” to them. What iron supplement would you recommend to take with the new hair formula? I’ve always had issues with either low ferritin or low iron levels
