Honestly contacts being used beyond cosplay or even for film and tv costumes. Feels like self hatred no? Like what’s wrong with your eye color as is??? Maybe this is a bad thought but I just can’t see past the internalised racism…. Am I wrong? Perhaps there are exceptions I guess I dunno 🤷♀️

I feel like people are hating too much I wear contact lenses and one of the reasons why is because I love to take inspiration from Korean and Chinese makeup style that do use contact lenses. Contact lenses just change the whole vibe of the makeup it’s a simple as that yes brown eyes pair beautifully with makeup it gives a deeper more do eye looked but when I have lenses my makeup and vibe will give a stronger more confident look it’s really as simple as that and I prefer the insane coloured ones cause they’re more fun I don’t have a problem with my brown eyes so why would I get natural looking ones when I already have brown eyes
