Love this, something I’m working on myself. I think this trend of creating all these instructional coaching positions at the expense of paying for more teachers in the classroom is a big contributing factor.

Oh I feel you. We did a book study for PD. I had been teaching 14 years. One chapter in and I had a full meltdown. During pd. I had to walk out and call my teacher bff from my previous district. The content had me thinking so much about my practice that I felt like a bad teacher. 14 years of bad teaching.
