They finished my brother off a couple years ago with that drug, he went in to hospital with cancer after being neglected a year even though lost 10st he couldnt get a doctors appointment. A private consultant offered it to him and he refused it when we was there and after we'd left he came back and administered it (so against his will). He told us what happened next day when he come around again but he went downhill from then, dead within a week. We had a case with coroners court after autopsy but they brought in their best barristers and it got chucked out. He had an 80% survival with his cancer if it was detected early. Dead at 43.

Old people in nhs hospitals are not fed if they can’t feed themselves, not given fluids if can’t lift a cup.. patients are neglected, not washed, left in soiled beds … seen many times first hand … shame on some nurses

We need to protect the babies as well. They tried to convince me to take my son off life support at 4 days old claiming he was brain dead. This happened in 2023. They are using adrenaline to resuscitate often at a high dose and this compromises the brain. Thankfully my son survived and was an absolute beautiful miracle 🙏✨

I got disciplined for feeding a hungry lady soup when she would eat. Three days she never touched food left out. When I challenged it I was told because she could physically put food to her mouth not to feed her. Woman was severely depressed 😔. Her hair was matted she was previously cared for in hospital.

my friend went into the ROYAL LONDON HOSPITAL. she wasn't elderly only type two diabetes within two days my healthy friend was dead they said pneumonia she was put into a coma and a tube inserted into her throat from the outside she was murdered

I lost my dad, mother in law and two aunts last year, it’s not until your around these wards constantly that you start to see the way coherent people around you love ones decline daily. Dropping hints to you about what’s happening after visiting times. I started to ask what happened to that lovely lady who was describing cycling everywhere and full of beans, to be told she passed in the night. I started to research medazilam (sleeping drug) and questioned nurses on the ward about its use. These nurses didn’t know what to say.😡 my farther was moved to a nursing home during the night and they finished him off there. EYES NOW WIDE OPEN

yes it's unbelievable the lack of care. compassion and empathy in care settings these days, the elderly need an advocate with them.in hospital. this happens all the time. yet Doctors take an oath to do no harm. then they drug them and starve them .stay away from hospital if you can if not have someone with you. this is what they did during covid as well.

come on Britain, you need to help your patients, families need to contribute to care of their patients whilst in hospital. Family should actively participate in the care, pop in to feed, wash and change the patient and take for walks. The Legal Writer, Nurse 5, 🙏
