3-4 lemons or 1/2 lemon juice
1/2-1 cup sugar or to taste
1 cup water 3-4 cup cold water 1/4-1/3 finely chopped mint leaves
1-2 cups iced - [ ] Mix the sugar and 1 cup of water until the sugar dissolve and put it on the stove in a small pot. Once it comes to a boil remove from the stove, chop up the mint leaves and put it into the simple syrup. Leave a little bit on the side mix it around and let it sit until it cools down. Once the simple syrup has cooled down freeze 3-4 fresh lemons into a pitcher then adding the simple syrup mix it around, then adding 3 to 4 cups of water with the ice mix it all until it’s blended at the rest of the mint leaves. Cut up some fresh lemon.
