1) they're gonna fumble 2) they should have started from the og series if not just a few episode recap of the first 3 games, kratos and his change in the Norse games are so touching and such a good character arc because of who he was in the first games, and the ghost of Athena showing up at the start would make 0 sense to people who haven't played the og ones 3) while this does excite me I think we should start looking for a line to draw because creativity is dying and to make up for it people just remake popular old movies, but the shift to video game adaptations will leave things just as bland so I hope they don't over do it with the amount of new adaptations

I had a feeling this might be canon to the franchise on the games with being sets place after gow 4 before ragnarok (I do seen somewhere where it’s says it’s a live action version of gow 4 back in 2022 but I dk is that part true or not)
