Starting a self-help journey with reading. I’ve never been into reading but I love watching YouTube videos where they are inspirational being productive and inspiring people to be the best version of themselves. I started with the book atomic habits and I feel a difference. Highly recommend cause I totally relate to wanting improvement and use my time wisely and not rot in bed watching TV.
