The predecessor to recruiting only subordinates who are in their religion. The predecessor to being able to fire employees who are resistant to actually join, participate in your religion. The predecessor to narrowing down the workplace interpersonal religious conflicts that “disrupt” the work environment. The predecessor to Evangelical Christianity being the ONLY religion that doesn’t negatively impact team performance.

without DEI to protect workers this could also mean they can discriminate if you don't believe in the same God and maybe you won't be able to get promoted or be able to get hired due to religion. this is the first step....
