yall are some lazy dudes coming from a spiritual person in order to connect with arcturians nd annunaki is by spiritual practices like meditation and visualization. these type of practices aim to raise one's vibration nd it creates an energetic bridge to facilitate communications and guidance of these beings call me crazy or whatever but yall don’t know how hard i’ve tried to do this when i do i get out of my body you feel a sensation a high feeling but with good matter. these beings are from the 9th to 11th dimension and we are in the 3rd dimension but doing meditating or visualizing it creates a raise of vibrations creating a energetic bridge so you can try to communicate or guide.
