Your intuition has been collecting insights that your conscious mind missed, so trust it. 2. Strike up more random conversations The person next to you in line, the barista, the stranger at the park. They’re not interruptions, they’re opportunities. Some of my biggest and most fun decisions came from conversations I never planned to have. Connection is everywhere you just have to be willing to try. 3. Play more Remember when you used to do things just because they were fun? Not for followers, not for productivity, just pure joy. That version of you is still there, waiting. Dance poorly, try something ridiculous, laugh until your stomach hurts.Playing isn’t just for kids it’s a part of life. 4. Appreciate what you have right now Some past version of yourself would give anything to be exactly where you are today. The job you’re stressed about, probably someone’s dream opportunity. The social obligation you’re stressing about? Past you, would have given anything to be invited. Stop waiting for permission to live fully. The life you want isn’t in some far fetched future, it’s hiding in plain sight. You just need to take small active shifts to see them!
