I had a client do that to me on a Sunday morning and I left after 35 minutes. She showed up over an hour late & she said “I can’t believe you won’t take me, I can’t help that my errands took me longer”. I’m like are you hearing yourself?!

I had a client no show me when she KNEW I came on my day off (a sat at 8am mind you) and then messaged me at 10:30 telling me I HAD to come in because “it was the right thing to do.” This was also 2 weeks before Christmas 🙃🙃🙃 I also lived 30 min away from my salon

This but make it a Drs office and the patient said it was the Doctor’s civic duty to provide healthcare at all times of the day and if they didn’t come back it was negligence. I recommended the local ER for that sort of concierge service.

I had a client show up an hour early for a 90 min massage, which worked well because I had a gap between appointments. He was mad and thought I was somehow late for the appointment. Then he called multiple times for a refund because according to his clock at home the massage was only 30 minutes.

friend of mine is a stylist and told me she had a lady come in wanting her hair done, my friend asked if she had an appointment and the lady said no but she knew the owner so she should be seen or she would get her fired. my friend called the owner on speakerphone and repeated the convo and the owner said no appt no cut lady stormed out 🤣

Working as a dental assistant and a patient showed up over an hour late after business hours ! my boss had me call her to see when she was coming and she snapped at me and asked “WHY ?!” Then she had the audacity to give us all an attitude when we said we couldn’t see her anymore . 😂 We don’t live in the office girly . We have lives as well !
