360 total care is the formula they give at the hospital but if he can’t tolerate it you’ll have to speak with his pediatrician which you’ll have to schedule an appt for him in the hospital so research pediatricians in ur area before he gets here so you can know which pediatrician he’ll see and you’ll have to take him a couple days after you get out of the hospital

Pump every 2 hours after birth for the first 3-4 days and your milk should come in you have to be really on top of it. It’s draining but soooooo worth it. Drink a lot of water and eat high protein and healthy fats!

Don’t buy any formula yet. If you need some, the hospital should supply you with some. You don’t want to buy in bulk prior to the baby being here incase there’s any allergies, acid reflux, etc and your pediatrician will be able to recommend what to use also.
