I'm not Black (obv) but what you said about intersectionality being isolating. I grew up with a poor single mom with a disability who made sure I was in the best schools possible but my grandfather went to Philips Andover. I saw both sides. it's like walking in two worlds and not quite being able to stay in either one for too long before being told you don't belong here.

I find it interesting that people will reserve their empathy based on classism (the thing they claim to hate). They only give it when there’s prejudice and harm towards poor people.

When your of a diffrent skin color black, Spanish, Asian etc. When you grow up in a white neighborhood you feel different as some ppl make you feel that way not all are ignorant but as a child you don’t understand until your older. But I’m glad I’ve had both sides as I’m well rounded and can explain/educate friend’s why this happens and help change it. Sometimes it works and some are just ignorant
