But don’t worry, you’d never know. 🫘🍫 Recipe 💌 (inspired by Minimalist Baker, with my own twist) Ingredients: • 2 heaping tbsp flaxseed meal • 6 tbsp water • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted • 3 medjool dates, pitted and softened • 1/3 cup organic cane sugar • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 1/4 tsp sea salt • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder • Toppings: dairy-free chocolate chips, crushed walnuts, or pecans Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C) 2. Mix flaxseed meal and water in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 min 3. In a food processor, blend black beans, softened dates, and sugar until mostly smooth 4. Add remaining ingredients (except toppings) and blend until fully combined 5. Spoon batter into a greased muffin tin (makes about 9–12 brownies) 6. Top with chocolate chips or nuts if using 7. Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until tops are dry and firm to the touch 8. Let cool completely before removing from the tin, they set as they cool!
