I grew up with a Jewish aunt, and she lit a candle on the death-versary of someone and we went to leave the house and I ALMOST blew it out. Big no no, it burns until it goes out. We left it on a metal tray in the middle of the table so it couldn’t catch anything on fire then went in errands.
