What she is doing is incredibly dangerous because not only is she clearly lying for content but someone in the US is going to take this seriously, go to Europe and eat something they are deathly allergic to and not be prepared for it. She is going to be responsible for something bad.

Also what I don’t get is how does she know if it’s just how it’s prepared, like a specific oil or nut or just ingredients used more commonly in certain dishes than others. Different places cook food differently it could just be a specific thing used commonly on one place but not others and vice versa

I’ve been allergic to stuff my entire life (including shrimp too). If she was badly allergic to it she wouldn’t have eaten it. Or, gone anywhere where one of the main components of their menu is seafood if she was worried about things like cross contamination. I avoided like anything that even had a “may contain” on it. I don’t know why anyone would willingly eat something they’re allergic to.
