dubbing changes almost everything is basically censoring art, if you can stomach foreign art or language then anime is not for you

Dub isn’t bad but it suffers because of the lack of different VAs, it also doesn’t help that sometimes the VAs don’t have a different voice range so they just sound the exact same. Sometimes they also don’t put enough emotion.

Times have changed….yes in the 80’s…90’s…& 00’s DUB was really bad 🤣 but the acting has gotten way better & honestly sub sounds funny or way too pervy all the time 😂

anyone can watch sub or dub but for me, im not a fan when dubbed anime changes the dialog from the manga, plus hearing anyone whine or cry in dubbed just makes my ears bleed

I will admit that there are good dubs recently. But i will always choose sub. I just think it sounds better. Also i can read pretty quickly so i dont get the whole “i want to watch not read” argument

It’s never exactly how the anime was written, and sometimes changes the feeling and storyline. Also I just think people can’t read fast 🤣

Sub for the majority but if I want background noise dub. Also Black Butler has to be in English Sub bc it takes place in England

Some dubs are very good and some are trash. If I watch fmab I'm watching dub for example. People who spout sub vs dub with no exceptions are just weebs
