@ashland94: Don’t mind the title, can’t think of a better one 🤦‍♀️. Anyways, I’ve had this fic idea in my head for a long time. The female OC is a retired detective after her husband was killed by the serial killer she was chasing. She was called back due to a victim popping up with the same MO as the one that killed her husband. They had to team up to try and figure out who the copycat was. Some feelings were formed between them, but they didn’t act on it. Towards the end, you find out that her husband didn’t actually die, and that he was the one that “killed” himself. He did it as a way to try and help her put away the actual killer, but it made him even more blood thirsty, so he waited until he thought the time was right and came back. In his mind, it was his way of showing her that he still loved her, but in reality, he just loved the killing more. #fyp #foryou #fanfic
