While the dumplings bake, bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Gently lower in the eggs and cook for 6–7 minutes for a soft-boiled yolk. Transfer to an ice bath immediately to stop cooking and make peeling easier. 6. Serve hot, topped with a drizzle of chilli oil, sesame seeds, chopped herbs, sliced spring onions, and extra veggies of choice such as snow peas and bean shoots.
