Tried to take the PMAEE and was met with the same disappointment. Before entering the exam room, there was a wall marked with tape and the examinees had their height measured. Those with a height that exceeded beyond or at least reached the tape were able to take the exam. I didnt even get the chance to take the exam. So flash forward to the present, now a proud lakan 😊

same situation po masakit masabihan na "if papasa ka wagkanang umasa na makakapasok ka kasi disqualified kana" after sinabi ng procstor sakin parang lahat ng pinaghihirapan ko nawala HUHUHUH na DQ ako sa height kahit kunti nalang kulang maging 5 flat na pero Pina pa take parin ako ng PMAEE dahil baka raw tatangkad pa ako🥲🥲🥲🥲

Height requirements are so unnecessary. People shouldn’t be judged based on their height, but rather on their character, on their souls especially when applying for the military. If someone is willing to put their life on the line for our country, that should be enough. No one should be discriminated against because of their height.

I can feel her pain. I also tried applying to PMMA, but just like her, I didn’t meet the height requirement. 5 flat si me and ang kailangan is 5'1. Until now digyapon ko ka accept and it still hurts, sa kadaghan pede mabagsakan sa height pagyud :((( AGAYYY

Personally, I don’t support height as a requirement for entering the police, military, or any similar profession. For me, what matters more is physical fitness, skills, and dedication. Height shouldn’t define someone’s ability to serve and protect. As for you, ma’am, it’s okay.. we all have our own struggles in life. I graduated almost 3 months ago and I’m still looking for a job too. Until now, wala pa ring tumatawag or nagno-notify. But I still believe may darating na opportunity para sa atin. Just keep trusting yourself and if you feel like crying, go ahead.. ilabas mo lang lahat. Sometimes that’s what we need to feel better. You’re not alone.

Nangyari din yan saakin nang nag exam din ako sa PMA sobrang aga ko pumunta sa exam venue tapos un na DQ din sa height onti lang kulang non. Iiyak mo lang yan, magiging okay ka din bawi ulit next year kaya yan tiwala lang. Malay mo next year magiging possible lahat ng impossible. Tiwala lang palagi
