It’s called a body on frame. Most trucks are build like this and all of the SUV’s that share a platform with a truck have this aswell such as the Escalade,Yukon, and Tahoe/Suburban which shares a platform with the Sierra and Silverado. The Ford Expedition does this aswell because it is built on the same platform as the F-150
