Off of the internet I’ve never once heard of a school asking why your kid had excused absences especially booked consecutively like that. When they’re planned you also get all your work for the week so you aren’t even behind when they get back

My teacher got mad I didn’t print a worksheet at home that I missed cause I was hunting all weekend. 1. ITS HIS JOB TO GIVE ME THAT WORKSHEET and 2. I WAS IN A TREEEE! I also had a teacher tell me hunting isn’t part of my culture but literally everyone in my family hunts and all the kids at school hunt and it’s so normal and I have straight A’s and always make up my missing work and they still get mad🤦♂️🤦♂️

To be fair the education system teaches to as test. They don’t teach anything that can ACTUALLY help a child transition into an adult. How to do taxes? Nah. Let’s teach how to figure out why x - b x y - Z = 10 instead! How to drive? Nah. How to make a GOOD resume?? Nahh how to hold good conversations without LIKE UH LITERALLY TOTTALY UGHH UM? Heeeeeck nah. They teach to the tax/tass/star test. Not to help the kid learn how to survive.

Imma be honest with you I still see no problem as long as a Kid keeps his grades up and does well in school to miss a few days in fact other countries do this exact thing as long as a kid knows the material and keeps good grades it doesn’t matter does it?

tbh. my mentality is, if someone shows up to my property and starts asking any questions about my kids, if they dont show id proving who they are im just going to assume a pdfile looking for a victim and not answer any questions till they provide proof and id be very vocal about what id assume them to be and why. im sorry but there have been too many cases as of late of bad folk pretending to be law/federal enforcement to do bad things and now im suspicious about that.
