if i bypass it with the command you recommend, will i be able to log my laptop into a microsoft account later??? this is a laptop for college use, but we don't have microsoft accounts yet, but i need to make sure i check that my laptop works before i move because i won't be able to return it if it doesn't work after i move, sense the store i bought it from isn't close to my college at all

Genuine question: why don't you use that feature? I have my account from my previous PC that used W10, when I built my new one the account made everything easier, it's nice to have your same settings

Instead of burning the iso to your flash drive with your normal software, use Rufus. Rufus will allow you to bypass user creation, hardware requirements, etc..

when you use Rufus to make your USB bootable to install windows int he 1st place you can set to not ask you for Microsoft account when setting up windows

take the iso use Rufus to mount to a USB just when you click start it will give you options to bypass all that caca also if you really want your 9wn personalized wibdows use ntlite and you can do much more like add your own key add programs to install with windows setup add updates and disabled lots of Microsoft services

Even if you are connected to the Internet you can get around this by bringing up the command prompt after reboot and opening "control". From there you can go to networking and disable the network adapter. Then clicking on the Microsoft account will take you to the setup for a local account.
