@the.daily.balance: A few non negotiables for me: — some type of movement, preferably a low impact class + steps (hitting 10k on the weekend feels like a bonus) — groceries. Depending on the weekend, sometimes these get ordered, and sometimes I do the shopping in person. TBH I love grocery shopping — meal/ingredient prep. It’s been much harder this summer to prep foods with all the travel, but it makes such a difference in my week. Sharing video with details tomorrow!! — laundry + clean sheets to start the week 😴 slept like a BABY last night — any errands that we will likely put off during the work week, especially if we have to do them together. Our schedules can be quite different during the week. Often Plus when it’s wedding related- it’s a fun errand 🥰# — home cooked meals! A dinner cooked at home makes me feel so organized and prepared for the week ahead (and healthy) — proper rot session on the couch either reading or watching one of my shows to wind down Feel so ready for the week ahead!
