@_itsnate: You learn a lot about yourself by doing one brain numbing movement, the pull-up, with only the skin of your 2 hands on the bar for 24 hours. I miss the feeling of total exhaustion and the mental battle. I miss the primal spot your mind goes into, a place 99.9% of people will never venture. I want, and I will be the first person ever, now that my spine is 70% healed, to beat 4100 pull-ups and deadlift 600lbs, maximum strength and maximum endurance, in the same 24 hours. Round 3.
