Keep in mind, in immigration court, the judges aren’t exactly judges. They are Magistrates within ICE. Definitely not a fair system.

I’d like to know how they’re having these hearings and they’re having trials when there are no warrants issued for these people he’s a federal agent. These are not cops. They have to have a federal warrant signed by a federal judge and none of these people have that they don’t even have administrative warrants
