Conventional on first 2 hours then change the oil & again around 25h on conventional. You ain’t breaking anything in with synthetic the first time

I've never seen that brand I have a preference towards Honda but right now I have a win Inverter. I've never seen that additive either I know you know your stuff so maybe I'll check it out.

I find the fluid extractor gets about all you can. yeah maybe theres a tablespoon...but theres always something. the mess it saves it amazing
