How to get the perfect body for cosplay! ⌛️🥰✨ •feels like I’ve been losing my mind lately so I had to make this video! Every where I look, I see the most insane edited content, sometimes just straight up AI, whether it’s cosplay or another niche… I just had to get this off my chest 😵‍💫 also excuse the poor editing in this, I could have done this whole video in front of a white wall to make it more believable like everyone else does but I thought it would be funnier not to 😭🫣 To the girls out there, I know it’s hard not to but try to not compare yourself to the random girls you see online, it’s not healthy and it’s just not fair to you.. you can be motivated and inspired to be a better healthier version of yourself without hating yourself and wishing you were someone else (who oftentimes doesn’t even look like how they present online) ❤️‍🩹 Speaking from experience, I started my gym journey with a desire to transform my body to be like the girls I idolized.. not from a place of inspiration, but from a place of self-hatred and feeling like this was necessary for me to be “worthy”, whatever that means. When I realized I would never be able to achieve my inspo’s body type because I didn’t have the bone structure they had, I decided to embrace what I did have and work out for health and longevity💪 (yeah I also did get my boobs done which kinda impedes that message but listen I NEVER CLAIMED TO BE PERFECT😭) And to all the men out there, please don’t compare the women in your life to the girls you see online!!
