Unfortunately, when I worked retail, some people would do hundreds of dollars worth of returns every week and so that’s why we had to put limits in place :( the individual employees would be held accountable if we went over the limit so I wonder if that girl was just concerned lol. Glad they have that policy though! I didn’t know about it.

the benefit is, it keeps you as a customer so the one employee that had an issue can shove it. she doesn't get paid enough to care lol.

Just so you know, I used to work for Yankee Candle and Victoria Secret (which owns BBW) they will keep you on a watch list if you start to do it often and they will ban you. So don’t take advantage bc they’re like Target and watch youu.
