Next time cut what the customer asks for. That’s why you do a consultation first to see how much damage there is and reccomend how much length needs to be cut off. Instead of deciding for the client.

Although it’s a skit this is real and the reason I avoid the hair salon as much as I can when it comes to hair cuts I grew my hair for years to go get a trim and specifically said I know my hair is damaged (it wasn’t that bad either) but I only want an inch off and she was like so you want it around the same length I said yes she ended up cutting almost half of my hair off .. I hate confrontation so I just cried the whole way home ..

just had this happen to me, been trying to grow my hair out and got it to my chin and I asked for a trim. she somehow took it as I wanted a pixie cut and I didnt notice till the end and now I have a boy cut as short as my husband's hair and I dont want to go outside anymore

that's exactly why I'll never ever go to a hair salon to get my hair cut because I grew my hair long 3 times down to my waist and I asked to trim my hair and they cut off 6 inches. I was so upset. she said the same thing but you had so many split ends but at least tell me.

lol its nice its a skit but it has happened to me where they cut so short and it literally made me depressed af. I havent gone to get a haircut since I was 12 and im 28 now. PTSD happens like that. Can't trust people.
