I’ve had Samsung my whole life . From the first galaxy ever to the S24ultra . I switched to Apple and got my first ever pro max device. I’m so happy with my phone and the costumer service Apple provides is unbeatable. Samsung could never. It was always a nightmare to fix something let alone replace the whole device. Thank you Apple. U got a new fan. Btw not just me. My entire family and 3 of my closest friends all left Samsung for Apple. We’re all extremely happy
