I’ve been on ZEPBOUND for six months. I’ve never had a sulfer burp I’ve never been nauseous. It has really never affected me at all. I have no complaints. The only complaint I have is that help me lose the 40 pounds I wanted to lose plus some but I think I plateaued so I’m happy because it’s more than what I wanted to lose but I see my doctor next week because I think you can plateau at this stage. I’m on 15 for four months but I like it. I have no side effects from it so give it a go.

I didn’t have the burbs but 100% made sure to eat lots of food on the day before I did my shot as I always struggled to eat the 2 days after. Pre-made protein shakes and ensures got me through those days. I lost 120 pounds in 14 months and have been on a maintenance dose for 4 months and hunger and cravings have not returned

not on zepbound but as a fellow glp1 girlie, get a zofran prescription if you don’t already have one and for protein, try to sneak it into your coffee!

Take magnesium. It made me tired. Wegovy makes me less tired. Fatty fried foods make me nauseous

It’s a life saver (not out of breath playing with my kids), Still working out what I can and can't eat but decided that smaller portions with healthier choices is the way to go as it has to be maintainable. Lots of water and protein though. Down 61 lbs in wk 16 ,Order from @Dr. Williams M

I started my journey in the middle of March and I'm down 40lbs. I take a multi vitamin, I also have no gallbladder so I take ox bile. I also suck on sugar free peppermints. The worst thing I deal with is the nausea. Make sure to eat lots of fiber and protein.

I’ve been on it since October 1st. No regrets. No side effects at all. I generally eat 90g of protein anyway even before it. I’ve lost about 30+ lbs
